Ingredients
- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 cup cubed Center Ham Steak
- 2 sliced hard-cooked eggs
- A pinch dried basil or thyme
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped parsley, optional
- Hot corn bread or toast
Preparation
Heat and stir over very low heat: 1 cup cream of mushroom soup, 1/4 cup milk. Add 1 cup cubed ham and 2 sliced hard-cooked eggs. Season the hash with a pinch dried basil or thyme, salt and pepper, chopped parsley.
Serve it over hot corn bread or toast.
