Chicken Cheddar Fajita Brat Guacamole Tortillas

  • 1 lb Trig’s Smokehouse Chicken Cheddar Fajita Bratwurst
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 whole avocado, ripe
  • 1 whole jalapeno pepper or serrano pepper, seeded & minced
  • 1/2 whole bermuda red onion
  • 1 whole Garlic clove, minced
  • 1 whole tomato
  • 2 tbsp Cilantro leaves
  • 1/8 tsp lime juice
  • 2 whole flour tortillas
  • 1/2 cup sour cream



Boil and grill your brats. After grilling, remove and slice about ½ inch thick. Make guacamole by mashing avocado, adding other ingredients, and seasoning to taste with salt, peppers and lime juice. Lay pieces of your Chicken Cheddar Fajita brats on one of the tortillas, cover with half the guacamole, and roll up tortilla. Repeat.

Serve with sour cream on the side for dipping.
