Awarded as the WAMP Grand Champion, our Black Forest Ham is patiently cured after being salted and seasoned with garlic, coriander, pepper, juniper berries and other spices. After curing, it is smoked and then air dried to seal in the rich flavor which also keeps the ham tender and moist. This is “The Ham” that should be center stage on your table during every celebration. 16-18 lbs.
